Looking at values here - LONE market value now around 6MM$ give or take some - Say issue 4MM shares for TK and it's 7.6MM$.

LONE subsidiary SMI processed/processes 253MM$ mortgages, that alone contribute with 3-4MM$ revenue, and I suppose at a rather high gross profit, as the construction projects are few and huge. Add what happen in the active lifeinsurance and health subsidiaries of LONE, (National Affiliated Investors Life and Maryland Southern Life Insurance company) soon to be revealed.

Now allow me to compare with another stock - ARET - current market value 35MM$ - their subsidiary FAMC in 1 quarter this year, processed some 25 loans (2MM$) for native housing, revenue some 42K$, net earnings for the quarter minus 550K$. FAMC by now only guaranteed to be able to process 35MM$ in mortgages. Further ARET has several subsidiaries not having produced one penny revenue for a couple of years.

Now what is the difference - ARET is a momentum play due to the fact they are going to put up a web site for mortgage application.
The fact that ARET's mortgage company FAMC has no chance within first year getting near processing 250MM$ in mortgage lending has no effect. The fact that there are already lots of companies providing mortgages via the net has no effect. The fact that ARET filings does not provide a bright future for their construction business has no effect.

Yet let us take a look at ARET base before recent run - Aret was at 1.7 cent when the run started = market value 7.99MM$ still higher than LONE's current market value.

Quite interesting - when thinking about LONE as an investment opportunity within any time frame.

This is where we were when the ugly shorters made their action!

*OT* Dropped fishing here, too windy - water is supposed to stay outside the waders, not possible under these conditions.
