M2...I know they issued some convertible bonds...probably what you are referring to...I'm not sure the exact reason, I think someone mentioned it was to build a new campus for the company...there are some folks over on the WIND thread who know a heck of a lot about the company...I'm really not one of them....just felt it was a screaming bargain at $12 and only wish I had bought as much of it as I almost did...still did well and can't complain but if I'd followed my gut, it would have been a BK'ing of MASSIVE proportions !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (and probably still not done yet)....Here are a few posts from the WIND thread that mention the convertibles.... Jimbo.
