jackc--- this is a civil case! They are insured to the hilt for this stuff? This had to be expected by TAVA and RS. What grounds could be found for a criminal case? What good would it do? Who would prosecute? Why? What indication is there that anything criminal was done? Who/why would care? Are you a lawyer looking for work? Be happy if this brings a little more and the lawyers leave you 5% of anything additional... It is good for officers of various companies being stupid is not a crime,, and for some smart officers that are able to pull off stupid deeds and comments also...
