I doubt PTEK has any interest in selling their shares of HLTH

- if you read the release, you'll see that PTEK will make $15 a month per subscriber

- if this works out, and HLTH signs up all the medical offices in US; then Canada; then globally... then PTEK would be making oodles & oodles of $$'s.

- Remember: HLTH will eliminate the paperwork; phone centers; beepers; answering machines; etc.... This is the tool that doctors want; and its the reason DuPont & Microsoft are behind it to the tune of $200 mill & $300 mill each

- & PTEK is the dedicated supplier of messaging for HLTH. As HLTH grows; PTEK grows. Period.

- PTEK's revs are already growing nicely. For 1Q99: $113 mill in revs vs. $85 mill in 1Q98

- If you take out Depreciation of $40 mill; PTEK is cash flow positive from operations -

- All of these incubator companies, besides adding $millions & $millions of equity & book value to PTEK, will be lucrative outlets for PTEK's growing product lines.
