I do concur that not much will happen with KLIC for a few weeks, however, you must be aware that the semi-equip stocks move strongly at least 6 months before the cycle peaks. Hence, my question in an earlier post about where we are in the cycle. If we are facing shorter cycles, as someone on the AMAT thread wondered, then the possibility existed we had to wait for the next "shortened cycle" to see stock appreciation. However, if, as most of us believe, we are at the beginning of a new cycle, we need only to see evidence of that in the individual companys' quarterly reports. With the exception of ETEC, the other companies are reporting increasing backlogs, and optimism going forward. Certainly there are other concerns out there, but if we are truly at the beginning of a new cycle, and the next quarterly reports confirm it, I think the stock will start to move up nicely.
