Perhaps WM just adheres to a shotgun approach to DD.I previously suggested counseling, perhaps he has had same and this is therapy, thereby keeping him off the streets so he can't do harm to himself or the general public. Perhaps his rantings are designed to attract attention to one who was neglected as a child. His posts range from lucid to not so, but even when lucid certainly lack FOCUS, or judgement as to the relative priorities of the scattered issues and sub-issues and non-issues addressed. Whatever.
