The sad thing is that the Intelabees know this. They are in denial about the K7's soon release, therefore, they are trying to make it look as bad as possible, like in politics. Remember how Bob Livingston became Speaker of the House for a few months, but he said he was going to resign because of something (it was a big deal at the time) the media found out about him in his past.
