Here's one, a link from the faqs on Cobalt's beer belly url, that claims to block saturated fats. Do you think this is possible? My husband's brother has sky high cholesterol, and even after a year on the Ornish diet -- no fat at all, virtually -- for a year, his cholesterol is, depressingly, the same. He's thin as a rail, though.
