No..assume the positive. That would be what I said between the lines of course. I get weekly postings from a group called Perspectives and it is worth reading their comments. What they repeatedly say is that one must call the companies, hear the voice, note the tones and learn to read between the lines. It is the only way to have any real idea of what is going on consistently. Most people show when they are happy and when not by tone of voice, figures of speech etc. Since companies have to be careful about what they say, one has to rely on softer signs. I have found however that these signs can be pretty helpful. Furthermore, the fact that a web site is being put together, a new president in place, land being acquired, top technical people staying on board all point to positive things coming and even the stock price has started to firm up. It maybe safer to assume the negative but it would not, in my opinion, be correct. My view is that any stock bought under .25 will yield an easy double. We will see .50 and not .125 next.
