Interestingly enough, Hitler also possessed Chemical and Biological weapons in great quantities. Those clever German chemists came up with Sarin and Tabun, very potent nerve gases. But for reasons a bit unclear, he never used them even in the final days. (alledgedly it was because of his own experience being gassed in the trenches of WWI).

There are reports that Serbs have been using limited chemical weapons against the KLA though credible details remain sketchy. I'm sure they are non-persistent since the Serb commanders don't want to leave any evidence of the "evil" they have wrought.
