There was a $1.1 B secondary on April 22. That's about 6 m shares. Additionally there are the shares the insiders have sold since the lockup expired in February. So the float really has increased from 14 M to 33 M shares.

The reason I am interested in eBay is that all the other net stocks have fallen on their face. Is ebay next ? But they do make profit. And their model is really a winner. But does a profit of a penny or two justify $200 share price ? My impression is that ebay alone will have a strong run to e this time. But will it drop after the report ? Previously it held up due to tight float. That's changed now.
