Morning Fred,

In regards to the insider trading, insiders will cash in from time to time. This does not concern me looking at the size of the trades.

In regards to TA, I don't take much faith in it, however, looking at BRCM's Bollinger Bands, it looks like we're in an up-trend. Check it out:
