DO they care about shareholders? I think they are showing some + judgement and the kind of perspective we need when the show begins, when they raised the buyout from 20 to 70, paying down the debt when they were confident of the finances for going to market, and last but not least when the did not dilute current share holders way back when... (many were cautious anticipating this possibility, now they have to pay 12-14 for shares). SO far, I don't see the signs of a flash in the pan type of company, but one looking out far ahead.
