In the context of Canadian law, the attempt by Aber's lawyer to argue and apply equity law to contract law, or to substitute equity law for contract law, or suggest precedence of equity law over contract law, will go no where before the bench. It is merely a boisterous ruse by Aber's lawyer. You heard it here first:-))
