Allan,

PLS hit a low of one 6 times recently. It's gone into a "flatline" state and since the volume on Thursday didn't take it any lower than one, I'd say your observation is correct. Although not strictly a PGDCEB, it shares the concept that enough selling to take it lower may have ended. There's the possibility that a shakeout could occur on it thus providing a signal. A shakeout signal with volume would be a strong indication that it's going to move well.

A friend of mine that decided to try a BB stock recently had a huge scare as he watched HNLY go through a truly vicious shakeout on Thursday before taking off. Man, the MMs on those BBs don't kid around when they shake. It was more like a shakedown than a shakeout.
