Bob, Walter, et.al.: Thanks for the tsunami of information provided per my request. You folks are awful nice to be this helpful. I'll admit, EDIG is intriguing, particularly since I've been playing with MP3 for a wee bit of time via Diamond, CD "burners", etc.. And the Lucent connection with 'ol Bell Labs(a group I have a passing familiarity with, heh), makes this an even more interesting story. So they want a device out by X-Mas, eh? VERY aggressive, me thinks. Can they truly ramp-up? If so I gotta think college campus environments would make a logical first choice for distribution(I daresay there are few college kids that aren't familar with MP3)... Anyway, thanks again! Now pardon me while I go roll up the 'ol sleeves and wallow around for a time in the data.... John~
