From the notice on the shareholder meeting:

... The Company intends to mail this proxy statement and accompanying proxy card on or about 09 April 1999 to all stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting....

I just received this notice on May 20, a full month and 10 days after it was supposed to be distributed. It's one thing to be a week late, but having it this late seems just a little fishy to me. If the shareholders were not able to vote due to this circumstance, shouldn't the company hold another meeting or something to make it up? I would have very much liked to vote on the directors but as it stands, it looks like no common shareholder even made it to the meeting, neverminding voting.

Marcus, can you tell Doug that some shareholders would like to have a second opportunity at the votes? If no one made it to the meeting other than the directors themselves, it wouldn't really be 'public' would it?
