I am just talking about the act of selling <G>), they have to keep on filling just to execute a sell. These 144's are only good for 90 days as you all know. The important thing to remember is that these are NOT insiders ! As we all know, insiders have NOT sold a single share yet, and this to me is the best vote of confidence ! Anyway, I hope to see us go through the previous high as well. We start from a higher base, will be nice to get to a higher 'high'. Regards !

Todd form 4's ARE NOT REQUIRED for private placement shares. Anyone one who is not part of the company and owns less than 10% of the company ARE NOT REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A FORM 4. If everyone assumes that none of these shares have been sold than there are a whole lotta shares just sitting there waiting to dilute the value of the stock. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE!! We do not know for sure if they have been sold or not. My guess from watching the trading of PNLK for over a year now is that most of these shares have already been absorbed. This keeps coming up and nobody seems to get it. Everyone needs to reread what a form 4 is or post it to the thread. Sorry if this information has already been posted but I am lagging way behind. FTM
