Good deal Rande ... Just did not want to see you get tagged on believing the story ... This one has too many red flags ... and that 13D and Nite hitting the ask was a bit too much for me. If you are in that low and have BTSed with free shares just remember your own advise ... If it starts to tank ... do not leave money on the table. Watch the trading logs VERY carefully. By the end of the year this one will have an unbelieveable dilution. SO the conversion is really going to cause a arbitrage of unbelieveable porportions wiht the P and the Warrants. Went thought this with MIDL, MIDLW & MIDLP. :-) GB
