Hi Don. If HAUP goes over $50, combined with details on their announcement looking weak to me, I'll probably sell most of it. If the deal looks good though, I doubt I'll take much off the table. In theory, if they spike up tremendously over a few days, I might sell the portion that qualifies for capital gains, which is maybe 40% of it. With a good deal announced though, I would continue to hold long for the majority of it. I have a theory on this that I want to validate, and I want to pay capital gains rates on the profit not ordinary income.
