Steve: In my view the market as measured by DJIA is overvalued. Under the shadow of probable higher interest rate, in the next few months the market will likely go sideways. Over a long period the market is up 2/3 of the time, down 1/3 of the time. To time the market is quite difficult for individuals. It's also quite difficult for the professional timers. Records showed that 90% professional timers failed to beat the market. I am in FSELX and FSDCX. I also like FSCSX. In the short run the tech funds probably will do as well as the market. In the long run the tech funds will out perform the market. Julius
