Bob O--- jj said/did more than one stupid thing and was defended by the shareholders as being a "new CEO" with a lot to learn. It was also said some things were done with a look to the future. All of those people gave jj a defense. they were pleased with his actions as recently as the last SH mtg. Since shareholders defended his actions in the past, told him he was doing great, and rewarded him with tremendous options what grounds could they possibly have now? The crime of shareholders giving him defense and excuses and now are unhappy with that decision is a crime that would be laughed out of any courtroom... finding any lawyer foolish enough to prosecute a case against him would be a chore and would only be one with a broken leg and could not chase ambulances for awhile...
