It dies because stochrsi is now a built-in, David.
You want to use the built-in, using Set to give desired parameters.
[Could run the current scan to see how it grabs you by globally replacing stochrsi by, for example, SRSI.]

This scan appears to be pre v.2.1 vintage. Substitute all "StochRSI" variable references to something different (like Xtochrsi) as StochRSI is now one of the standard program indicator functions (eg. MACD, RSI, ROC) as a result of g's influential lobbying efforts. I did it this way on a few of his older Grace series scans during beta release last fall; too lazy to recode what worked previously. Maybe gonz will post updates if you sweet talk him. It'll be a good exercise for you otherwise ;«)]
