terminal services is part of windows 2000 and is optionally installed during setup. when setup gets to the network configuration part you can choose terminal services. it's a no-brainer. however, only rdp client support is available. ica is not available out of the box. you've gotta purchase metaframe to get ica client support. without metaframe you get only windows client support. no web browser, mac, linux, solaris, dos, etc... ica clients without metaframe. about the convertable debenture deal: management response has been pretty non-specific. they announce a $300 million bond issue and one month later announce a $200 million stock buyback program. sounds to me like citrix management was bullish enough about their future to leverage a purchase of their own stock.
