What would be the stock price consequence for AMAT, if the BTB figure drops to ll5 and fluctuates between 115 and 125? Billings would be increasing and hopefully profits. But would investors (individual and institutional) panic, fearing that business was OK but not great, and then move out of the stock?

Many on this thread are highly optimistic and place great expectation on a rising BTB number. I don't know why AMAT sold off as much as it has, since it announced earnings, but amount of decline was disproportional to the report, regardless of how it was viewed.
