I was thinking it was the short block walk and the good food. Now that you mention it I think I have noticed that the help is goodlooking and friendly, too. The fact that they are so fresh and healthy looking, though, makes me swing between admiration and something else. There's lots of healthy people here. They practically shine. Ridin' their bikes, hiking, swing dancing. Old-fashioned chain-smoking, beer guzzlers are hard to find.
