Another scenerio? Increase in Outstanding the sacrificial lamb? IE Shareholders figure we don't submit our votes at all killing the increase. At the same time all other proposals pass, Including the reaffirment of the current BOD (another IE: current IMO incompetant BOD retains cushy jobs in the face of current shareholder dissention) since the requirements are not as stringent and a majority of all shareholders is not required. When dealing with such a IMO sleazy management, look for the sleziest scenerios, because they are. All IMO.

Razorbak, thanks for the clear and thorough commentary on the proposals for the upcoming SH meeting. A solid contribution, and one that I needed. Your thoughts are cogent and very interesting. I regret to say I had not yet read about the consequences on operating capital if proposals 4 and 5 fail.

Ordinarily, I would expect such proposals, all of them, to pass; but the organized movement to contest some (most?) of management's decisions clouds the picture. There will no doubt be much serious discussion about these proposals, now that the knee-jerk sniping has largely subsided, and I will make my voting decisions after I hear more.
