To all that seek criminal action I hope you don't own the stock.
As my mother is wont to say "you don't cut off your nose to spite your face". I am not a lawyer but if you read all the announcements
that are in writing or by pronouncement they all are covered by the
"foward looking statements" at the end of each and every one.
As Cap'n Jack has said numerous times, he felt that JJ was a good
manager but not CEO material. I don't know if he was right or not
but the one thing we know is that he is self serving. Unfortunately
this is true of most CEO's who feel the company is their own personal
feifdom and do not work in the best interests of the stockholders.
Again I do not see this as a criminal action, again IMO.
I am all for JDN's solution, but not too hopeful of an outcome that
will help anyone but the lawyers. I can not believe that TAVA and RS
were not expecting a class action suit in our litigous society.

Jackc ---
<" I don't see much criminal evidence in Whitewater either but Starr is sure extracting
that "pound of flesh" I was talking about.....jc">
To what good is Starr doing anything? Should possibly Starr be investigated. I am not defensive,,, nothing to be defensive about. When I questioned the job jj was doing as CEO and twice suggested options be tied to stock holder equity everyone here thought that was a terrible idea. The share price may have moved higher were things different over a year ago IMO. After that time my projection kept dropping to where there was hope for a spike to 9 - 10 before retracing to 5 after Y2K rev was completed. overall I did fine with TPRO/TAVA and only lost a little on my last purchase. jj was just great keeping it in the 5 3/4 - 7 trading range for months.
Do you think <"AMES and MVIS
at about the same time I got in Topro. They have very little publicity and not many
traders and short sellers. "> is a fluke or could mgmt style and financing methods play a roll?
<"Your colors might show."> What the hell does that mean? Sounds like a statement from ds...
