William: Berg and Dawson made a lot of money in the openmarket 5 years ago. That fact so consumes Larry he can't see the company has something to offer. I am invested in Valence because of the market potential. Larry can't invest in Valence because of the companies past stock trades and his inability to understand their financing capabilities.. Valence has billionaire Berg backing the company and I'm sure he has a close working relationship working with Castle Creek, another matter ignored by the ignorant
