Last time FNHC did a private placement, their stock went from $2 to $18 within a month. They were able to raise $13mm from a previous investor within a matter of days...unlike a public offering which would have taken about 6-8 weeks.....rumor has it on other boards that they raised the cash fast in order to pay for a big portal deal/marketing alliance, but that is pure speculation.
