Wigglesworth, if you find this thread so annoying, why are you posting on it? As E has pointed out, we are here for fun, which we have been enjoying, by and large, until you and jbe began to quarrel.

This thread is usually not "muddy" and many of us have learned a bit while playing. We do not learn by beating one another over the head.

Things That Annoy Me:

Bad spellers who pretend they are misspelling on purpose. Or good spellers who misspell (and make grammatical errors) to show their contempt for those they are addressing.

"..who seeked redundancy..." (sought)
"...a literature critick..." (obsolete, rather than incorrect)
"...clichetic" (no such word)
"...nearsited..." (nearsighted, of course)

Lest you think we're not on our toes....<ggg>

If, when you purport to be presenting a summary of an exchange in which you were involved, you distort what actually transpired, that is an admission that you are ashamed of the facts.
