>> Margins calls on Monday?

One thing about the drop in inuts this quarter, it is not punctuated by many up days. It is basically coasting down, every day. The turn-around will come when funds start buying. I think they'll wait for a lower price. And if your broker friend is right, then lower prices are coming. But if they go up on Monday, then we won't rely on that indicator any more. I do think many who bought the 20% dip are hurting now, and some cannot hold their position anymore.

<i.people tend to buy stocks that are going up, but
they don't usually like to sell them. They USUALLY only sell once the pain becomes to great.

KIS,
Stock trading is counter-intuitive.
You should buy stocks when they are cheap, but you must not! average down.
You should average up, but you must not buy too dear!
That's why it's so hard to make money consistently in the stock market.

I've got two full-service accounts (ie, a broker who knows me by name) in addition to
my online account, and both of my broker friends indicated that there are a LOT of
margin calls to be made on monday, focused almost entirely in the internut sector.

I am still under the understanding that most internet stocks are not marginable. This would make no sense.
