O/T Skopje, Macedonia volunteers -

Word in today from both volunteers who are with Michael Memetaj for their entire visit. I don't have time to reformat, but you can read these updates under the "Updates from the Field" link on our site at:

geocities.com

Interesting note by Dusty today mentions that, while up in the mountains, they ran into an 18-year old refugee whose shoes were no longer of any use, so bad he threw them in the river. Michael gave the young man his own running shoes.

The folks there need food, people. Those not in the camps are NOT receiving ANY aid from anyone but the Mother Tereza Organization, which distributes a weekly packet of food to each family. More food, as Dusty explains, means a larger amount the family has for the week.

Wouldn't one of you feel good sending us a couple of hundred dollars, just knowing how much flour that buys?
