Another spin-off senario: A spin-off senario that I don't believe has been discussed here so far is one that involves taking a sub-unit of one of the subs, or a combination of sub-units, and spinning them off. Supposing that one of TVotW's channels is pulling in traffic in excess of the others, or has greater (clever phrase...you coined?) e-tailing potential, or buzz. Another reason for doing the same would be that certain sub-units did not fit in well, but could be profitable as a stand-alone unit under different management.
