I haven't seen a Clearworks installation, but Trendmaker Homes is advertising this type of installation in place, i.e. it's not in planning but actually present in their new subdivisions/homes, which I looked at as recently as yesterday. I believe there are other builders also advertising same...you might want to search the Houston Chronicle Home section online for articles about this. I saw a new home in Bellaire a year ago that had this in place by another company and was impressed that all connections to the house for any source whatsoever was present at a single junction box which, in that house, was located in the utility room area but could be anywhere. Houston is also now rolling out cable and DSL internet service so the timing of "wired" homes/subdivisions is perfect.
