There is a line of cash poor biotech and medical device companies willing to pay a minimum of 65 to 70 cent a share for Cistron's shareholders $13.5 million.

Pick up the phone and say "YES" and spin of the IL-1 part of the company and play with your own money. Leave the shareholders money alone.
