You are so right....it is depressing to see at what lengths a person will go to try to save face.....or create an agenda.
And, like you, I find that for Kathy to post to me the intentions of one Grupo Brad (to sue me) to be about as low a blow as can be said.
I emailed Brad and asked if he liked telling the whole world (thru Kathy) that he was going to sue me? No answer and I really don't think he is man enough to answer. I think he knows he did me a wrong in telling her and perhaps others what his intentions were.
As I understand it, and I have nothing in writing as yet, Brad is sueing because he says I posted derogatory remarks about DCTC which in effect caused certain people to sell their shares of DCTC. To my way of thinking, if they think that way, they should be the ones sueing, not Brad. I have no idea what his agenda is, but if he feels that way, maybe he should also sue you.....after all in your post didn't you say that....
'WITHOUT IT & THE IMPENDING MOVE FROM BB TO FULL LISTING WAS ONE OF MY MOST
MAJOR REASONS FOR BUYING THIS STOCK IN THE FIRST PLACE.........V'.
Maybe you better contact your lawyer on Monday.....laff, laff!!
I might add that I too, have an agenda and have told Brad about it in Emails. It is this: Because Brad called my home on several occasions, telling me to buy DCTC now or I will lose out on a good deal, and other gestures aluding to profits if I act now, I am of the belief that he was 'hyping' the stock DCTC in an attempt for me to buy. Whether or not his LD calls to me were correct in context or not is not the isssue. The issue is did he hype the stock? My wife was a witness to at least 2 conversations and she knows what hype it and isn't. Further, Brad and myself know a person who is being investigated as I type because he is being investigated by the SEC for on-line hyping. So, to you I say this.....will I report Brad to the SEC for hyping? Maybe....maybe not. All depends on what I hear from Brad.
Been a long day.....my shoulder and arm hurt like hell from the operation I had so I'm signing off for now.
Have a good one...and thanks for the post.
Bill

Valuehunter,

"BTW - THIS IS NOW MY #1 QUESTION --HOW DOES THE SEC ACTION AFFECT
OUR CHANCES OF A FULL NAZDAQ OR AMEX LISTING. WE ARE GOING NOWHERE
WITHOUT IT & THE IMPENDING MOVE FROM BB TO FULL LISTING WAS ONE OF MY
MOST MAJOR REASONS FOR BUYING THIS STOCK IN THE FIRST PLACE.........V"

We have gone through two investigation, one with the Sec and now with Nasd. If we meet all the demands and start trading on OTC, I believe our chances in getting listed has improved dramatically.

I e-mail the company Friday and told them about my concern for this second delay. I'm also frustrated. However you got to remember DCTC has a lot of deals they are juggling in a short period of time. So they dropped a ball here or there, give them a chance to pick them up.

Sometimes you have to take a step backward to go forward.

Bob

Dear Val,
Re: potential of listing.
The requirements are the same. If the SEC actions of late are any indication and DCI files for a listing on their own, it wouldn't surprise ( frustrate yes ) one bit if the process must start from scratch. I don't think that we will ever know what led up to the SEC suspension either way you cut it bottom line is they had the paperwork
for months and took no action. At any rate here is a link to listing
requirements: nasdaq-amex.com
as ever the shareprice seems to be the only hinderance,, Barbara
