I see this as a positive for Actv. The more computers that can recieve television the better. If this circumvents band width problems thats even better.

Shares of Hauppauge Digital screamed up 123 percent on reports the circuit board maker will soon unveil an technology pact in a bid to promote its WinTV business. The Long Island, N.Y.-based company (HAUP: news, msgs), makes circuit boards that allow personal computer owners to watch television and other digital videos in a resizable window on their monitors. Investors raised a hoopla over the news, sending Hauppauge Digital shares up 15 5/16 to 27 13/16 on volume of 18.3 million shares. See Screamers.

My target price for Actv in 6 to 12 months is 45.

Later.
