Jim - My understanding is that the 9+million shares are FTRKD, six million are CLRT. However the amount of shares in the float after the merger will be much smaller than the 15+ million shares.I think that most of the shares of both companies are held by insiders. Negative earnings only hurt when management can't/won't do anything about it. I believe that this merger changes things financially for both Companies. The ability of both companies to attract capital has increased tremendously with the combination of the two. Jeff
