The btm line of that thread is that we could not find a single admitted real-deal Satanist anywhere on SI. This was a curious development, since some of the staunchest stalwarts of the various "Christian theme" threads avowed that there was a strong, discrete Satanic influence at work in the very fabric of SI. What the thread became was more like Hallowe'en. The usual suspects poking the usual fun at the usual Subjects Beyond Humor. All this back in the days when Janice, our penny-stock Xena, had some time to spare from her Mission.
