The Flip Side

A Shares Issued and Outstanding: 49,782,547
Held by Institutions and Insiders: 18,999,332
Available for Trading: 30,783,215
Average Daily Volume: 519,700
Theoretical days to 100% Turnover of Shares Available for Trading: 59

Average days between significant Highs and Lows since 12/15/98: 29.5

Inferred Number of Shares in “Strong Hands”: 12,593,715

Inferred Accumulation into “Strong Hands” from each new High to Low, or Low to High:
@1,000,000 Sh.

Additionally, the number of days between Highs and Lows and Highs is decreasing: the last two being 24 days each.

If we assume the absurd—that both the accumulation and the acceleration continue: it will be no more than 240 more days before the entire float has been accumulated by “Strong Hands”.

Not assuming the absurd, I think we can be confident that strong accumulation is underway, and that there will shortly be a point where the forces of supply and demand alone will boost the share price significantly.

OK: I admit all this is based on very slender data, including calling the last low at 5/10, and taking no heed of the fact that the highs have been news related.
