That is a pretty bold statement . What type of evaluation could it receive? Why do you think this ? Who do you see as a possible buyer?

Robert: I could be wrong here but I think the HLTH software and program is somewhat different than what MDIX is offering...maybe we need a clarification on this point from Mike Moran. I think HLTH's big deal is that they will be offering medical services to regular folks on-line...I'm not sure their software takes care of prescriptions, medical info retrieval etc, etc......
