Spin-offs are intended to add significant value to the company spinning them off. But if they maintain a position and their financial interests are aligned with the common shareholders, then we just hope management can execute.

Do you know anything about management? Or how (cash or shares) or how much they paid for these acquisitions? And what kind of earning potential do they exhibit?

When these questions get answered we are one step closer to assigning a value.
