I was always told that Muslims didn't believe in Jesus except as a minor prophet and Mohammed had it right as a major prophet. We will have to talk more.

For example Muslims believe in the second coming of Jesus and that he will rule the Earth and we will follow him etc. I have never heard this. Is this mainstream Muslim teaching? That makes the current anymosity (between Muslims and Christians) about who he is kind of pointless. Anymosity is unfortunate and unnecessary however it an error to gloss over gapping differences between the two faiths ( even assuming the above ). What is the nature of Jesus? [God/man/GODMAN]. What is the nature of God? [One Personality/One Essence - 3 Personalities]. How can man approach God and achieve communion? [good works/accepting God's gift of Grace].
