J. I agree with some of that. There could be a lot of stock held by anyone who is a very big investor in BB. penny's ... There are 95 million shares in the o/s issue. That's confirmed with the T.A.

We may or may not know what Insiders hold. There were at one time lot's and I was told most was sold and put into MDIN at the time. Has it come back in at the .35 to .05 range. Who knows.

The fact stands this may become something very good for stock holders should the company change and play the game right for once. The company has been just a private frim that has investors who are called stockholders. They are keept in the dark on everything the firm has done from day one. They get many a promise of a new brick or some extra lumber for the projects and dreams investors have held on for a small profit or a little gain in the stock for over 4 years now. Will this little telecommunications 'me to' deal make it? Who knows were in the BB. Contenders ring. Only the honest dealings by up front news by the company of truth and facts will lead to any long term gains. The hype of Telecom. like there Equador Oil deal of last or the $500,000
Gold Project news will not cut the bashing and bickering from this board....

IMO They need Proof and clear and detailed agreements backed by some large name, like a banker who is willing to say yes it's a deal and there going to make the business grow. That IMO would hold up and bring a completion to the past. No break no take. Why risk a dollar for a long term hold with the past as the playground that is expected in the next turn to become the same ?????

Good Luck to you all...
Jim..

P.S. Holding and Lurking for a turn in the firm...... The question is do they want to?????? It's up to the company as to who will hold this issue in 2002.......
