I agree that Premysis is a great long term investment. I hold a position in the stock. They have a great telecommunications products. The problem right now is that the money is not moving into good investment stocks, it is moving into speculative stocks such as the e-commerence internet stocks. A company like Premysis is to small for many institutional to buy, and the retail money is going into internet stocks. I guess this is due to the greed factor. I do agree with you that small cap companies may be close to a rebound. The internet stocks are about ready to crash and burn. If these investors have any money left they will start to look for quality profitable small cap stocks like Premysis. Dave
