Yeah I should find out if he ever re-invested !!!! But you are right, in mid July, he calculated by some combination of volume and moving average advance/decline that the markets had topped.

I don't know .... looks like the big cap techs are out of favor (MSFT @ $77 for example), Interbets are winding down, but the Russell 2K is doing well. Some on my favorites: MTON, APCO, and TACO (all 3 tracked at one time or another by Doug R), seem to be under accumulation and are great values by traditional measures. So this is not like summer 98 at all right now, IMO.

Hi Kenny,

Still haven't talked to my Dad about his thoughts on the markets. I'm not sure if I need to at this point. Everything I said Sunday still appears to be true, and if I'm not mistaken, volume is increasing.

My small caps have stalled (in fact MTON sold off on good news), so unless we see a rally, I'm sure even those will start to drop.
