EDUV. . . <Grrr>. . . Richard, I mean no disrespect. But if you want my two cents on a NON-REPORTING stock. . .it is worth two cents. . . Maybe. . . but we won't know unless the company releases financial information about themselves to the U. S. Securities Exchange Commission, at which time, they put their word on the line to be challenged. They could release press saying they were just awarded 5 billion dollars, but I still would not buy. . . know why? They can lie about whatever they want without fear of SEC, cuz they are not reporting to SEC. . .so let's say you buy a million shares tomorrow and the company goes out of business and officers leave country on Tuesday.. . .all you can do is file your own civil lawsuit against the company. Not much Feds can do to help. . .because THEY DON'T REPORT. Glad to have you on the Fishing Thread, Richard. . . but you may not know that I run things a bit differently. . .you might want to read my BASICS of OTC TRADING, which you can find by searching those words. It gives my philosophies of OTC stocks. I believe there are a handful worth looking at, but 99 percent are not. Thay may or may not suit your own needs. . .but we draw a HARD line and enforce it regularly. . . and rule number one [of many] is NO NON-REPORTING. . . Best wishes Rande Is
