VDAT/BCST partnership announced................

Partnership Gives broadcast.com's More Than One Million Daily Viewers Instant Access to Visual Data's Travel Related Libraries

POMPANO BEACH, Fla., and DALLAS, May 24 /PRNewswire/ --
Broadcast.com (Nasdaq: BCST), the leading aggregator and broadcaster of
streaming media programming on the Web, and Visual Data Corporation
(Nasdaq: VDAT), a leading developer of original video content for the
Internet, today announced a business services, advertising and
distribution partnership to create a new online travel video channel.

Under the terms of the agreement, Visual Data will provide travel-related video content for the channel and will sponsor the channel through the use of broadcast.com's multimedia advertising services. The channel will be hosted on the broadcast.com web site, which receives more than one million viewers per day and will be linked from the broadcast.com home page under "Travel." The new channel, which will offer insight and information to travelers planning vacations and business trips, is scheduled to launch in June and will offer video tours and previews of hotels, resorts, timeshare properties, golf courses and attractions using Visual Data's video libraries.

The channel will include content from HotelView, one of Visual Data's most widely used video libraries, and the winner of Yahoo!'s four-star ranking for best hotel room previews. Visual Data also will produce new content for the travel channel including destinations, cruise ships and sports facilities through its worldwide video production network. In addition, viewers will be able to take advantage of discount travel offers, tour packages and other travel services offered by broadcast.com and Visual Data's travel partners.

"This partnership combines broadcast.com's extensive broadcasting capabilities with Visual Data's diverse and compelling content to provide a complete travel information source for our customers for one of the most popular information categories on the Web," said Mark Cuban, chairman and president of broadcast.com. "In addition to the sponsorship fees we will receive from Visual Data, the travel channel will create additional revenue opportunities for both companies in the travel category."

"This partnership significantly expands the number of people who will access our content," said Randy Selman, Visual Data's president and chief executive officer. "Broadcast.com has over one million viewers per day already equipped to view multi-media content who will now have fast access to our travel related libraries, such as HotelView, AttractionView, ResortView, and DestinationView. We can now provide our customers with incredible exposure for their video presentations while providing broadcast.com with an extensive data base of original content for their viewers."
