I grew up in the era when they had all those Chiquita Banana commercials on the radio, As imperfectly remembered: I'm Chiquita Banana, And I'm here to say... dum..dee..dum..dee..dum Never put bananas In the re-frig-er-a-tor! When I moved into my house in '77, the previous owners had left a Bic ballpoint pen atop the electricity breaker-switch box. For some reason I never moved it and it's still there, having survived 22 years of the elements. The white plastic is dull but the black lettering still clearly reads "Bic Banana Ink Crayon."
